We have been having horrendous email problems for the last couple of weeks, so I must have missed your emails. The townhouse had been listed as a short sale, but the highest offer we received was at least $40,000 below what the bank wanted. The seller is taking a different route to avoid foreclosure and the house is no longer for sale.
